Our client, a major telecommunications operator, wanted to develop locally its mobile money services. The client needed mobile banking experts with a strategic vision of mobile money and an indepth technical knowledge of architecture and solutions. Results
In 9 months, 3 major mobile money services were deployed. One with a penetration rate that has exceeded by more than 40% the initial forecasts, without generating bugs on the platform. In addition, these projects allowed the client to validate that the management of mobile money projects could be successfully outsourced and a skill center could be set up locally in this domain.
