Our client, a major telecommunications operator, has launched an internal digital transformation program. This program aims at accelerating the time to market for the delivery of its products and services. To meet this objective, a digital factory team, directly reporting to the CIO, has been set up with the support of MNS Consulting.
MNS Consulting has provided the client with digital experts acting as digital coaches and who have been integrated to the digital factory team.
Our digital coaches have acted as project leaders and interfaces between the digital factory development teams and the other operator’s departments (marketing, engineering, IT, customer service and operations). MNS experts have also worked to adapt and transform the company’s initial heavy-duty processes towards an Agile framework and its generalization.
In charge of the projects sprints follow-up and continuous integration, the MNS consultants have been the key evangelists who have put in place and steered task forces to meet the client major digital transformation endeavor.
- Establishment of a short cycle to define customers’ needs and estimate costs and deadlines for solution development and commissioning
- Streamlining the architecture of service platforms and applications to enable development and integration in Agile mode
- Steering of working groups on the transition from old processes to new processes with the definition of RACI matrixes, digital culture, and KPIs.
