Amadou Diop is the Founder and President of MNS Consulting Group, an independent advisory firm helping investors, corporations and public institutions shape strategic decisions across Europe and Africa. With more than 22 years of international executive and advisory experience, he supports telecom operators, governments, financial institutions and investment funds in business transformation, digital infrastructure development, and complex investment and M&A transactions.
His career combines executive leadership with deep operational expertise. At Altran, he led a global business line of more than 900 consultants generating over €100 million in annual revenue, following other leadership roles in global account management, global practice management and projects and services operations. Earlier in his career, he worked in telecommunications R&D at France Telecom UK and O2 UK before leading the launch of Orange Senegal's mobile data services.
An engineer by training (Telecom Bretagne / Institut Mines-Telecom and the University of Rennes), he also holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School, as well as executive education in Strategic Leadership from Columbia Business School.
Having lived and worked in France, Senegal and the United Kingdom, while leading projects across Europe, Africa, Asia and North America, Amadou brings a uniquely cross-border perspective to strategic decision-making. His understanding of both mature and high-growth markets enables him to bridge investors, operators, technology corporations and public institutions, helping them navigate complex environments with confidence.
Today, he advises investors, corporations and public-sector organizations on strategic and operational due diligence, digital infrastructure investments, growth strategies and large-scale transformation programs. His work is focused on reducing investment risk, improving operational performance and creating sustainable long-term value.
