Our client, the Business Services branch of an international telecommunications operator, has requested our support to study the security market of key target countries and to develop a business plan to launch their security solutions and offer. The service was carried out in several phases covering:

  • Analysis of key areas of security, market trends, market potential per area and geographical domain, ecosystem, …
  • Analysis of the value chain, strengths and weaknesses as well as the operational and strategic gaps of the client
  • Formulation of strategic recommendations and development proposals (target positioning, target organization, offer catalog, investments and business plan …)
  • Accompaniment of the initialization, the implementation phase and translation of the strategic plan into an operational plan.
